What insurance plans do you accept?We participate with most insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, Anthem BC/BS, Cigna, Aetna, MedNet and many other HMO and PPO plans. Please check with your insurance company prior to your appointment to see if we are on your preferred provider list.
DO YOU HAVE A MOHS SURGEON?Yes, we have three Mohs College fellowship trained Mohs surgeon available at all our office locations.
DO YOU REFER TO OTHER OFFICES WHEN YOU CAN'T ACCOMODATE MY NEEDS?Yes, our providers will refer patients to a specialized provider when indicated. Some examples of specialists we refer to include medical and surgical oncologists, rheumatologists, plastic surgeons, oculoplastic surgeons, podiatrists, and specialty clinics.
WHAT COSMETIC PROCEDURES DO YOU DO?Some of our providers offer Botox® and fillers (Restylane® and Perlane®) as well as laser treatment for blood vessels and rosacea.
DO YOU CARRY A LINE OF SKINCARE PRODUCTS?No, we do not. At Dermatology Associates we believe that selling products would introduce a potential conflict of interest. Our focus is on patient care. You can ask your individual providers for personal skin care recommendations.
WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR SUNSCREEN?A broad-spectrum UVA/UVB blocker with SPF 30 or higher applied liberally every 2 hours. See the AAD’s recommendations for further details, CLICK HERE.
DO YOU OFFER TATTOO REMOVAL?No, we do not perform tattoo removal.
